Karen's interest in architecture and interior design began in her teenage years, when she would tour custom-built, historic landmark homes in the Washington D.C. metro area. She aspired to one day build her own dream home and evenentually start her own business building dream homes for others. Karen spent ten years as an educator before shifting into a vital managerial role for her husband's company, Southern Disaster Recovery. This is where she acquired the business acumen necessary for the launch of her dream company, Premium Southern Properties.
Al McClaran

Al's career in residential construction began in his teenage years, where he gained experience in various aspects of the homebuilding process. He was directly involved in different stages including grading, framing, roofing, plumbing and electrical installation and for six years he ran his own residential painting company. In the last fifteen years, Al has built over seventy homes in the Upstate South Carolina region. The myriad homes he's built over his lifetime has honed his mastery and trained his eye towards the detail and craftsmanship necessary for lasting character and quality.
